How often should I schedule maintenance for my system?
At Valenzuela's, we recommend at least one maintenance visit a year — ideally two, one before summer and one before winter. That's how we help your system last, just like we've been doing since 1956.
How often should I change my air filter?
Check it monthly and replace it at least every three months. If you're on one of our maintenance plans, we'll install your new filter free of charge when you supply it.
My system is making strange noises — is that serious?
It could be something minor or something more serious — don't take the risk. As a family that's been caring for HVAC systems in San Antonio for generations, we'd rather check it early than let it turn into a bigger problem.
How do I know what size system I need?
Every home and every family is different — that's why we do an on-site evaluation before recommending any equipment, instead of giving you a one-size-fits-all answer.
